One of the oldest, most prestigious luxury construction brands in the UK are looking for a highly skilled HVAC/BMS Engineer to help make people's dreams a reality.

You will be highly organised, a clean worker and have excellent communication skills. You will share our passion for customer satisfaction and producing high quality work.
Within this role you will be using your experience with air conditioning to complete domestic installations.

Other duties are as follows;

*Ability to carry out site survey / take final dimensions with accuracy
*Skilled air conditioning engineer or plumber with willingness to undergo air conditioning installation qualification training.
*Skilled in basic plumbing and heating with gas qualification.
*Skilled electrician qualified to part P.
*Basic skilled in joinery fitting / shop fitting and mechanically fixed, pre-manufactured items in metalwork, acrylic, glass etc.
*Basic skilled in floor and wall ceramic tiling including cutting and fitting.
*Skilled in base building work including precise stud wall, insulation etc. fitting.
*Basic plastering and decorating skills
*Ability to conduct site briefing meetings with 3rd party joinery/metalwork/glazing etc. suppliers when required.
*Liaise with project manager and APM to confirm final enabling works dims if changed.
*Feedback to project manager and design any post-installation learnings.
*Good customer and internal communication skills.
*Highly organised and clean worker.
*Neat, tidy and can present the appropriate brand impression to high net worth private clients.
*Full driving licence

As well as the chance to work on high end projects the salary is between £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. There is a generous holiday allowance of 26 days + 8 bank holidays (6 of which must be used at Christmas) and a pension scheme.
