Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a telesales account manager for our client who are a leading accountancy firm specialising in accounting for contractors, sole traders, partnerships and start-up companies. The role is offering a basic salary of 18-20k per annum at OTE of 32k. We would be interested to hear from candidates with previous experience in a similar role looking for a challenge within a major accountancy organisation.

Role Purpose
To provide a professional and proactive telesales and relationship management service to new and existing clients to maximise revenues and number of contracts signed for the company whilst seeking new opportunities and protecting the reputation of the company.

Key Responsibilities
*Meet or exceed all targets and Key Performance Indicators.
*Work in partnership with colleagues to provide a seamless and professional service to our clients, taking ownership of issues arising within your portfolio and assisting colleagues where necessary
*In consultation with colleagues and line management, implement and consistently deliver a proactive contact strategy for end clients within your portfolio.
*Take personal responsibility for your own sales pipeline, ensuring that conversions from your portfolio are maximised.
*Work as part of the telesales team and the sales team to ensure that collective goals are met via outstanding teamwork
*Take personal responsibility to maintain an in-depth knowledge of the organisations HR product suite and of the legislation and policy affecting the company.
*Take ownership of your own personal and professional development, taking full advantage of the opportunities made available to you.
*Ensure that all data collection and HR processes are completed accurately, compliantly and in a timely manner
*Complete any additional tasks or projects allocated to you to your best ability and in a timely manner
Person Specification

Essential criteria of the skills, abilities, qualifications and experience required:

*Business to business telesales experience: Account Management and new business acquisition with a Proven/demonstrable sales record
*Experience of target/KPI driven challenging sales environments
*Computer Literate - MS Office/CRM software/telephony system.
*Must be an Excellent Communicator with the Ability to influence effectively both internally and externally
*Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
*Multi tasking
*Must be Solution orientated and hardworking with a "can do" positive attitude.
*Tenacious and leaves work only when the job is done
*Achievement driven
*Self-motivated and proactive
*Committed to professional development with the ability to work outside normal hours with notice required

Desirable criteria of the skills, abilities, qualifications and experience required:

*Experience of HR and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Organisations and the recruitment industry.
*Experience of HR and outsourced employment solutions including employment legislation
*Network of existing contacts/clients in the industry
*Must have good Presentation skills with a Personally impressive appearance
*The ability to motivate and support other team members.
*Genuine interest in BPO solutions market
*Appreciation of company objectives
*Potential to have the ability to sell multiple products and brands concurrently.
