Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Corporate Services Assistant/HR Administrator to provide full administration support to HR and Compliance team, based in Wirral. Main duties will involve:

* Produce, maintain and review HR records for each staff member and adding new starters to HR database
* Keep accurate and up to date documentation for holidays, sickness and absence
* Send reminder emails to Line Manager to inform them of appraisal due dates for staff
* Maintain intranet Employee details to ensure accurate information is recorded
* Updating the new starter details on a monthly basis
* Undertake research as required to ensure policies are updated accordingly
* Provide support to the compliance department to ensure accurate records are maintained

Previous administration experience is essential. The successful Corporate Services Assistant must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in HR is preferred but not essential. This is a fixed term contract which may go permanent for the right candidate.
