Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to manage a Change Management program on a fixed-term contract. This role is based in Wokingham and main duties will involve:
* Managing the whole change management process within the public sector
* Liaison with line managed to ensure a positive transition is achieved
* Full consultation and generalist HR advice to managed as required
* Dealing with all queries in regards to the restructure programme

Previous experience of restructure and change management within a HR Generalist/Business Partner role is essential for this position. The successful HR Business Partner must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with staff at all levels and offer generalist HR advice in regards to change management. A CIPD qualification, or equivalent, is required. This is a fixed-term contract and experience within the public sector is preferred but not essential.
