The Opportunity
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Field Support Customer Care Agent; Service Delivery Coordinator; Project Administrator to support field operations for a highly successful, rapidly growing telecoms company based in Abingdon. The company are the emerging talent within the industry and are looking for people to join their innovative, forward thinking team.

The Role
As the Field Support Customer Care Agent; Service Delivery Coordinator; Project Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the external service delivery team. Main duties will include:
*scheduling "pre-live" projects for installs across the UK
*resolving and progressing "post-live" installations
*coordinating engineers diaries and allocating resources
*updating customers and telecoms carriers
*providing project reports on a regular basis

The Candidate
As a successful Field Support Customer Care Agent; Service Delivery Coordinator; Project Administrator you need to demonstrate a background in providing support for a telecoms infrastructure provider and ideally have strong build management experience. You will also need a good understand of fibre-based telecoms (FTTH, FTTx etc.).

Alongside this as the Field Support Customer Care Agent; Service Delivery Coordinator; Project Administrator you will have excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills. You need to be able to maintain accuracy and clear decision making skills whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

The Package
£20k basic salary
25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
