The Opportunity

We're one of the UKs fastest growing telecoms companies looking to develop our operations team's CRM accountability. For that we need a spot on Salesforce Administrator.

The Role
As our new Salesforce Administrator you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing the database and all associated fields needed by our operations team and external contractors, ensuring the systems clarity and reliability.

Salesforce will be your responsibility and you'll be given control to improve processes, make sure all departments requirements are reflected in the system, creating reports and troubleshooting.

There will be an element of system configuration in the Salesforce Administrator role such as updating profiles, creating permission sets and updating workflows and approval processes.

The Candidate
If you're an experience Salesforce Administrator we'd like to hear from you!

Alongside this Salesforce experience if you are ADM201 certified that would be seen as a big advantage.

Experience working as an integral part of an operations team with the communication and reporting skills to go along with that would really allow you to hit the ground running.
