The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a bright Systems Support Admin candidate who would enjoy a diverse set of duties in a fast paced environment. Our client are a market leading technology services company providing Managed Print, Document Workflow, IT Infrastructure, Connectivity, Cloud and Data Centre Services and VoIP Unified Communications Systems to a customer base which is split equally between Corporate and Professional clients / Local Government and Education establishments / Commercial clients. The company have completed and are planning a number of competitor Acquisitions and as such this role is key to working on projects that will be integrating the new business critical software into the current core environment. Joining the team at this key time will allow you to be an early member of a team that plans to grow rapidly and as such you will be afforded the opportunity for career progression to a more senior role.

The Role
As an Systems Support Admin you will act as a key member of the team who support all our internal users (circa 200 staff) on all our business critical software. The company have completed and are planning a number of competitor Acquisitions and as such this role is key to working on projects that will be integrating the new business critical software into the current core environment.

Responsibilities
As an Systems Support Admin you are responsible for

*Supporting internal users on our business-critical software systems
-Service Management System
-Accountancy System
-CRM System
-Mobile Device Management
-Management Information Systems

*Maintaining those systems and escalating issues we can't resolve ourselves to our external support providers and following through to resolution
*Managing licensing and permissions and making changes where necessary
*Updating systems to latest versions after testing
*Participating in (and at times leading) projects to enhance functionality and / or integration of our internal systems and data
*Setting up licenses and permissions for new users
*Training new users on basic system and software functionality and use
*Removing licenses, permissions and access for leavers
*Creating new system reports - using existing reporting tools, as the business requires from time to time
*Updating system software
*Project Management of new system development and deployment
*Researching and recommending new systems or existing system enhancements that can improve business process

The Candidate
The ideal Systems Support Admin will have;

*A strong background in First Line and/or Second Line Systems Support
*Experience of managing or maintaining CRM systems
*Experience of running and / or participating in systems integration projects
*Experience of deploying new systems in a business environment

Paying circa £30k depending on experience
