The Role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst working for an award winning Telecommunications company you will be the key Business Intelligence expert working closely with the CRM Manager and CFO. You will have a real passion for asking the right questions when faced with big data to produce actionable insights to the senior management team.
This Business Intelligence Analyst will have experience in identifying and creating KPIs from available data sets (Operations, Finance, Sales, Supplier chain), as well as a natural ability to sift through data to pick up the relevant parts to present to senior management.
You will have a hands-on approach to developing, creating and analysing data on various tools as well as supporting the Process and CRM Manager with continuous support and development.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be involved in the following duties:
*Identifying business improvement opportunities, producing actionable insights based on data available across the company's platforms.
*Creating reports and dashboards.
*Proactive in data analysis.
*Supporting Salesforce.
*Subject matter expertise in Lean/Continuous improvement methodologies.
*Gathering requirements for process and system improvements.
*Producing documentation for internal best practice.
The Requirements
As a Business Intelligence Analyst it is essential you will have previous experience in:
*Business Intelligence
*Analytical skills
*Business improvement tools
*Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
Desirable
*Salesforce
*Certifications in lean/continuous improvement skills such as Six Sigma Greenbelt or similar
