Job Summary

The Role: Call Logger/1st line Service Desk Support. Location: London (West End) Package: £19000 + Pension, Health, Gym, Travel Allowance Position Summary: We are looking for a Call Logger/1st line Service Desk Support to be the first point of contact for customers calling into the service assurance function of the business. Position is working for a Fast Track 100 technology firm that employs a number of cutting edge technical solutions.

Call Logger / 1st line Service Desk Support
London
£19,000 (dependant on experience) + Excellent Benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, travel, BUPA healthcare, dental care, iPhone, Gym and more

The Role
This Call Logger/ 1st line Service Desk Support is an initial telephone point of contact service desk support role, dealing with inbound enquiries from business customers that are calling the service assurance function of the business.

The calls will be linked to technical support issues and the role will be to act as initial point of contact for these calls.

Call Logger/1st line Service Desk Support Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

*Good communicator with the ability to clearly understand customer requirements
*Highly organised
*"Going the extra mile" to deliver timely fixes or updates for customers
*A quick learner and be keen to learn new technologies.
*Troubleshooting, owning, resolving cases and keeping the client informed
*Will have previously worked in a support desk / call centre environment and used to working in a high call volume environment
*Microsoft based technology - operating systems, applications and networks would be classed as an advantage but we are happy to train the correct individual.
*You should have a flexible approach to work and enjoy working in a customer experience role.
