Working as a Customer Success Manager for a forward thinking and dynamic software company in the City, you will be responsible for on-boarding customers and ensuring they are getting the most value of their market leading software platforms. The company are established yet growing and the role has been created due to expansion. With swanky offices in the City that have a pool table and bar and plans to open more offices worldwide, this is a great opportunity for a Customer Success Manager.

Although the title is Manager you won't be managing people, it's more managing the customers, ensuring they're on-boarded correctly onto the software platforms, are getting the best out of the platforms and dealing with any queries.

This Customer Success Manager role may suit someone with a background in customer service, service management or support that's looking to make their mark in an expanding SaaS based technology company. It may also suit someone in sales that wants to get away from this and into a more proactive service management type position.

The software this person will be working on is bespoke so full training on the company's product portfolio will be given. Any previous experience with SaaS based ERP or CRM platforms would be great however not essential.

Who are you?

Ideally you'll come from a customer service, service management, support or success based background. Any experience in SaaS or CRM platforms is highly beneficial.

You'll be analytical as the role will involve proactively analysing usage data and using this to deal with any issues customers are facing before they ask for help. You'll be passionate about customer excellence with strong customer engagement skills and always be striving to go the extra mile to deliver customer success.
