Service Delivery Executive (Telecoms)
£25,000 - £30,000 + 10% bonus + Excellent Benefits including health/dental, 20 days holiday + bank holidays and gym discount

The Role
As a Service Delivery Executive working for an established and growing business internet service provider you will be responsible for managing the relationship with clients in conjunction with sales. This includes part of the sales process and take over of the delivery process upon the contract being signed. You will also be responsible for managing the customer experience through installation to invoicing and reporting.

You will have previously worked in a service delivery or provisioning role within the IT/Telecoms sector and will have a strong willingness to learn. Experience with lease lines and fibre lines is highly beneficial. You will be driven, dynamic and looking for an opportunity in which you can progress into a Service Delivery Manger role. You will be involved in the following duties:

*Project managing installations and connecting clients to the network.
*Working with partners including BT Openreach to ensure a smooth delivery of connections to the clients.
*Ensuring clients are prepared for their installations.
*Supporting service delivery and pre-sales operational functions.
*Ensuring that accurate and up to date information is being logged on the CRM and billing systems.
*Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are being managed.
*Working with other teams in the business including technical, sales and marketing.

The Requirements
As a Service Delivery Executive you will have at least 2 years experience in a service delivery, provisioning or similar role. You will have worked within B2B/IT/Telecoms/Technology sectors and will be keen to learn. Any experience in cloud solutions including PaaS (Platform as a service) or IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) is highly advantageous. You will be a strong communicator, a solid team player and will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be able to prioritise effectively and will be good at solving problems. You will also be able to work under pressure and have the ability to work with a wide range of senior contacts. Experience in Microsoft Office is required and training will be provided on the CRM system used.

The Package
