Job Description

Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: London
Package: £45,000-£55,000 plus pension and healthcare

Overview:
As Service Delivery Manager, you will take key responsibility being to develop strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their priorities whilst ensuring effective communication of the performance of, and changes to, the provision of IT & Telecoms network solutions and business services.

Responsibilities:
*Working at various organisational levels to understand requirements and shape the initial project
*Managing the Business Service Portfolio, maintaining a roadmap to support the IT Strategy
*Acting as interface between the business and customer, representing the business interests whilst managing expectations and ensuring technical projects receive the required support
*Leading the relationship between the business, technical teams and key stakeholders, to ensure benefits are delivered.

Required skills:

Ideally an in depth and qualified ITIL (V3) background, you must have a proven track record involving integrated business systems implementation within a complex environment, preferably within a voice and data based telecommunications environment.

*The ability to identify and influence key stakeholders
*The commercial acumen to create a compelling business case
*Ability to coach and develop direct reports - this is a people management position
*The acumen and passion to improve the customer experience through building a best in class service delivery function
*Strong, all-round communication skills at the appropriate level of detail and technical complexity, internally and externally
*An understanding of complex integrated applications landscapes.

You must also be willing to undertake travel throughout the UK.
