Role: Service Delivery Manager (Telecoms)
Location: London
Package: £45,000-£55,000 plus pension, 25 days holiday, healthcare and more

Overview:
As Service Delivery Manager, you will take key responsibility in managing a growing team of provisioning/validation order specialists as well as ensuring excellent customer experience is being delivered to partners. You will be able to develop strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their priorities whilst ensuring effective communication of the performance of, and changes to, the provision of IT & Telecoms network solutions and business services.

Responsibilities:

*Managing a growing team including reviews, recruitment and selection
*Working at various organisational levels from operations to Managing Directors
*Owning high-level escalations
*Leading the service delivery team, coaching and mentoring
*Acting as interface between the business and customer, representing the business interests whilst managing expectations and ensuring technical projects receive the required support
*Leading the relationship between the business, technical teams and key stakeholders, to ensure the end to end delivery of services seamless

Required skills:
You will have good management skills and experience and the capability to manage a growing service delivery team of 7. You will have worked for an ISP/Telecommunications company and with have a broad background in this area, specifically within Service Delivery/Provisioning. Ideally you will have an ITIL foundation certificate along with experience in the following:

*The ability to identify and influence key stakeholders
*The commercial acumen to create a compelling business case
*Ability to coach and develop direct reports - this is a people management position
*The acumen and passion to improve the customer experience through building a best in class service delivery function
*Strong, all-round communication skills at the appropriate level of detail and technical complexity, internally and externally
