Project Coordinator (Telecoms)
£25,000 - £31,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits including pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, stock options and more

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work with global market leader in Telecommunications, the company are growing and have big plans for their UK base. You will be working with a variety of different things allowing you to shape where you'd like to progress to within the business.

The Role
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for helping to on-board resellers as well as day to day service engagement queries from existing customers. Any experience in Telecoms, specifically telephony is highly desirable although not essential. This role has been created due to an exciting expansion of the company and you will be involved in the following duties:

*Planning, creating and managing the on-boarding process for new resellers
*Modifying/adding services for existing customers
*Acting as the main point of contact between a number of teams including operations, engineering, sales and product
*Relationship management with resellers, ensuring regular contact is kept
*Processes and procedures of on-boarding such as reviewing customer forms, writing up documentation, organising training and creating/modifying services
*Reporting
*Supporting and working alongside the manager on various tasks

The Requirements
As a Project Coordinator you will ideally have experience in Telecoms with any telephony experience being highly desirable. You will have a good customer experience and strong administration skills. You will be a self-starter, highly organised, good at relationship building and eager to learn. You will be a strong communicator and will be confident in delivering presentations both internally and externally.
