The Opportunity
We are looking for a candidate with a good insight into telecoms customer support to join a leading technology company in Crawley. The company have experienced significant growth and are offering the suitable candidate the opportunity to work in this fast paced and rapidly growing industry. Previous experience in a helpdesk or telecoms provisioning role would be ideal, however if you have worked in a customer services role in an ISP/Telecoms company and are looking for something more challenging please apply.

The Role
Key function of the role for this leading Telecoms company will involve your responsibility for number porting/ordering, cloud PBX order provisioning and configuration. This dynamic and multifaceted role is paramount to the companies porting and number management processes and systems. This is a desk based role and you will be involved in the following duties:

*Developing and improving the porting and number management processes, working with various teams in the business as well as external customers/suppliers.
*Taking ownership of the porting process through the complete life cycle of a port (customer/partner/supplier).
*Maintaining and developing number management processes and systems.
*Understanding the companies service and solution end to end.
*Assist number porting staff and complete ports.

The Requirements
You will have previous experience in a helpdesk, telecoms provisioning or customer service related role. You will ideally have worked in an ISP/Telecoms company and will ideally be familiar with WLR3, lines, Ethernet and phones. Any experience with number porting and number management is highly beneficial. You will be PC literate with good communication and interpersonal skills and will have previous experience of interacting with teams, customers and suppliers. You will have the ability to multitask and take ownership with a strong eye for detail. You will be bright, enthusiastic and looking for a challenging opportunity offering various paths of career development.
