The Role
We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Service Desk Engineer for a newly established 3 month contract role. This will be to provide additional resource to an existing busy IT service desk. The role would be within an IT department of approx. 10 people servicing a company with 450+ users across multiple sites (including continental Europe).

The Candidate
The role requires a committed individual who can learn quickly and work independently to shifting service demands. The role would also benefit from an individual who can demonstrate a great deal of experience at first line levelbut also experience of second line support environments.

Prerequisites - Required
Established Microsoft background including:
*Experience of supporting Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012, Windows 7, 10 and XP environments
*Experience of supporting Microsoft Active Directory

The Company
The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Service Desk Engineer will work for a leading manufacturing company. More details will be provided to successful applications

Hours of Work
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

The Package
This is a 3 month contract position paying a day rate through an umbrella or Ltd company
Day rates will be between £120-£150 depending on experience
