Are you a CCIE R & S certified Engineer looking for a new role? Are you a CCNP certified engineer studying towards your CCIE or looking for an environment where you can do this? The Role
Working as part of the projects team as Network Engineer (3rd Line) you will be responsible for supporting clients internally and externally. This role has been created due to an exciting expansion and we are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to be part of this. The role is based from the office in High Wycombe however will be going to customer site when needed.

I am looking for the cream of the crop. Those who know they are different from the run of the mill Network Engineer drones and those who want to join a company of likeminded individuals. You have to be exciting, sharp, talented, ambitious and keen to take on the world.

Technical background
We are ideally looking for a CCIE R &S whether that be written or lab certified Network Engineer however will consider applicants with a CCNP. You'll have a strong Cisco background around LAN/WAN/Wireless networking in particular Cisco switches, routers and ASA firewalls.

Although we aren't looking for a full blown Solutions Architect/Designer, we do need someone that can implement a solution therefore previous design and implementation experience is required. This will ideally be around enterprise wireless environments working with Cisco Aironet, Aruba, Meraki, Rukas, Aerohive and HP. Alternatively if you've had exposure to this and are looking for the next step to be involved in implementation then this could be the role for you.

What will you be doing?
*Supporting products, applications, network systems and solutions
*Owning and taking responsibility of any networking problems, being proactive when dealing with issues
*Liaising with both internal and external support and making sure expectations are set clearly
*Manage own ticket queue and monitor incidents to resolution
*Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively
*Provide technical advice and recommendations for tickets assigned to 1st and 2nd line colleagues, transferring knowledge to junior colleagues

The Package
£60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience plus benefits including company credit card for travelling to customer site, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, health care, vendor support training and external professional training (£2500 pa), various incentive schemes including bonuses, vouchers, meal deals
