You'll have the technical experience in the following areas

-Switching and routing, ideally to a CCNP level

* Service operation and uptime - monitoring, control and measurement of services

* Demonstrable documentation skills including creating process charts and network diagrams

* Scripting to help automate day to day tasks, preferably with PowerShell

* Identify opportunities to further develop and improve the architecture, functionality, and operational performance of the systems.
