The Role
We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to manage a team of Engineers in the day to day running of a corporate data centre based in Leicester. Reporting to the Data Centre Manager we are looking for a Technical Service Manager who can act as the interface between our end client and their customers and help manage their expectations.

Responsibilities
The Technical Service Manager will be responsible for:

-Managing a team of Engineers in the day to day running of a corporate data centre.
-Define a detailed scope request for interfacing with customers to manage their expectations
- Quality and Standards assurance, design review and recommendations for improvement
- Process improvement and execution in line with SLA
- Project reviews, definition of project requirements and stock levels
- Create a Hardware Categorization for devices
- Management and regular review of H&S risk and methods
- Technical lead and issue resolution, process engineering and quality reviews
- The Service Manager will report to the Data Centre Manager

The Company
The Technical Service Manager will work for our client who has been at the forefront of network infrastructure design, installation and support services for over 25 years. They are well established in a wide range of market sectors which includes Transport, Telecoms, Government, IT, Finance, Retail and Healthcare with a workforce of over 250 industry professionals.

Hours of Work
Mon-Fri 09.00 - 17.30

Paying circa £45k depending on experience
