Role: 1st Line Desktop Support
Location: Liverpool
Duration: 3 months
Rate: £13.50 to 14 per hour (LTD or Umbrella)

We are looking to recruit a 1st line desktop support engineer to provide Microsoft based technical support alongside providing technical assistance on a Microsoft Lync roll out.

You`ll be configuring desktop PC`s and also installing and configuring Lync but will be following guidelines so while Lync experience is beneficial, it is not essential.

It is assumed you have commercial experience of supporting Microsoft Office (2007 & 2013) and Microsoft Windows (XP, 7 and 8) and excellent customer facing and communication skills are a must, as this will be working in a professional services company in Liverpool City Centre.

Interviews will take place before Christmas and start date is Monday 5th January.
