2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer

Contract position with around 3 months of work.
Must be available to start immediately.

2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer with good all-round Windows / Microsoft experience to aid with the roll out of new systems across the business.

Working across both the old and new systems you will provide desktop support for users and will play a key role in the support function for the role out of new domains and migration of systems across the business (3 sites). You will be working with the following technologies and therefore have experience in:

-Citrix (Experience in either Presentation Server 4.5 or XenDesktop 7)
-Microsoft Exchange (2003, 2010)
-Microsoft Active Directory
-Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
-Office 2007, 2013
-General desktop support troubleshooting.

We are looking for candidates who are good communicators with the ability to clearly understand technical issues / problems. You will be highly organised with the ability to troubleshoot, own, and resolves cases, keeping the user informed through all stages of the process.

Any experience of working in a legal IT environment would be advantageous although not strictly essential.

This is a contract position likely to last for around 3 months. You will be based in the Liverpool Office and must have a UK driving licence and own vehicle as there may be ad hoc travel required to the business' other site in Manchester.

You must be available to telephone interview on either Monday 21st or Tuesday 22nd July and be able to start immediately.
