We have an exciting opportunity as a 1st line Support Analyst working for one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. This leading cloud based SaaS company are looking for someone to join their customer success team in one of the coolest working environments in London.

If you're fed up of your helpdesk/support desk role and are interested in becoming more specialist this is the ideal role for you. On top of this exciting job opportunity the offices has its own pub ( I mean a pub as well, not a shelf with some drinks like many companies claim to have - a proper pub that could be mistaken for an All Bar One and has a stage for a band along with numerous musical instruments and a top end PA system), pool table, table tennis, karaoke. They are based in the City close to trendy East London/Shoreditch so if you like having access to 50 different types of coffee bean within 100 yards of the office, this is the area for you.

This 1st Line Support Analyst role may suit someone with experience of working in a support team managing a high volume of support requests. As the software is specific to the company there is no particular technical background needed so it may also suit someone from a customer service or similar background that's looking to make their mark in an expanding SaaS based technology company.

The software is bespoke so full training on the company's product portfolio will be given. Any previous experience with SaaS based ERP or CRM platforms would be great however not essential.

What will you be doing?
Working as a 1st Line Support Analyst you'll be involved in:

*Supporting the company's market leading SaaS platform
*Managing multiple support tickets and updating customers
*Taking ownership of service issues, making sure they are fixed within the SLA
*Always asking customers "why" and looking at the bigger picture to find out what caused the support case in the first place
*Constantly looking at ways to improve on-boarding, services and outcomes
*Dealing with all levels of stakeholders from front line users up to senior

Your experience?
Ideally you'll come from a support, customer service, or success based background where you have managed a high volume of support requests. Any experience of SaaS, CRM or customer online interaction platforms is highly beneficial.

You'll be a strong communication and be passionate about customer excellence with strong engagement skills and always striving to go the extra mile to deliver customer success.
