Overview:
An experienced Telecoms / IT Customer Service Manager is needed at one of the UK's fastest growing technology businesses. The company is on the Sunday Times Tech Track 100: it's fast growing and fast paced.

The Client service account manager will work directly with the the company's expanding list of customers to ensure its technology platforms, delivery teams, support teams, and processes continue to deliver customer excellence.

For service, incident and account management you`ll be the main point of contact for customers across the UK in terms of service delivery, incident management and account management. How are we doing, and how can we improve?

You will understand technology, and a background in IT or Telecoms service delivery is assumed, as you`ll need to understand the provision of technical service, specifically linked to the development of SaaS and cloud collaboration, business insight, network and voice solutions and general enterprise IT services.

This role will be a mixture of office based and field based, with the split perhaps being 50/50. The majority of customer visits will be around Greater London but will also involve fully expensed trips to meet key customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client service management - point of contact for outages, updates and service issues.
* Client relationship management - how are we doing, and how can we improve?
* Customer incident and fault communication ownership.
* Customer service review ownership.
* Customer planned maintenance notifications.
* Customer fault and problem management.
* Customer service metric measurements and KPI performance analysis.
* Continuous customer service improvement.
* You will own service issues, and ensure they are resolved.

Your background:

* You`ll ideally have client service management, service delivery management, customer communications, continuous service improvement experience in a SaaS, Cloud, Hosting, or Telecoms business.
* You'll understand Networks, and appreciate how services like Voice are delivered.
* You`ll be a "hands-on" client relationship owner with a continual focus on service excellence. You will own issues, never give up, never drop a ball, and be both a starter and a finisher.
