The Opportunity
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to provide support for the company's market leading SaaS platform and network of a Fast Track 100 Technology company. The Customer Service Specialist role offers real prospects of growth, and is ideal if you are looking to build your career in either project or service delivery within the technology sector.

The Role
The Customer Service Specialist will provide support to senior customer stakeholders as well as front-line end users. Main duties will include:
* Dealing with customers on the phone, email, on-line and face to face
* Taking full ownership on fault and issue analysis and following through on underlying issues
* Providing SaaS platform support and customer service at all levels
* Writing and updating knowledge-based articles as gaps are discovered
* Updating CRM system and troubleshooting software applications


The Candidate
As a successful Customer Service Specialist you need experience within a customer support environment and have working knowledge of SaaS. A background in network and hosted voice technology would be viewed as an advantage.

Given the nature of the Customer Service Specialist position excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside the ability to work across all areas of the business are expected.
A passion for technology and innovation would definitely help in this role.

£27k - £30k basic salary (dependent upon experience)
