The Role

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support for the company's market leading SaaS platform and network.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service Centre your duties will include;
*Supporting the company's SaaS platform and network
*Taking ownership of service issues, ensuring they are resolved within the SLA
*Keeping customers updated
*Confident in dealing with stakeholders up to senior level and 1st line users
*Analysing faults and issues, looking at how these are caused and can be prevented to improve the customer experience
*Troubleshooting software applications such as SaaS, smartphone, PC and Mac
