Overview
A leading managed services provider based in the heart of the City are currently looking to recruit a Lead Voice Engineer to work on customer site for a multimillion pound global organisation. You'll mainly be based onsite in London however there may be travel to their contact centre in Sussex when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a major blue chip organisation with offices worldwide including Hong Kong, Dubai and San Francisco, they employ over 2000 staff and are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Voice Engineer due to busy workload. You'll be part of a team of 4 and on a day to day basis involved with BAU work as well as projects.

Technology wise, the company work with the Avaya Aura platform therefore previous Avaya enterprise solution experience is required, ideally within a large/global organisation. The ideal background is an Avaya ACS/ACE certified engineer with 2-5 years experience who is enthusiastic and keen to learn. Obviously any other Avaya certifications such as ACIS, ACSS, APDS, APSS are great to have too.

What will you be doing?
As a Lead Voice Engineer you'll be responsible for:
*Ensuring that the Telephony/Unified Communications platform is fit for purpose as per the requirements of the business, this includes supporting the design, implementation and support of the platform
*Identify any issues with the voice platform
*Incident management
*Dealing with tickets and any service requests
*Project work including the full lifecycle, planning, technical design, implementation and handover
*Stakeholder management, building relationships
*Working in an ITIL environment
*Keeping up to date with voice technologies

Who are you?
As a Lead Voice Engineer you will ideally have the following:
*2 years minimum experience in a similar role supporting voice operations delivering Avaya enterprise solutions
*Avaya certificated either; ACS, ACE, ACIS, ACSS, APDS, APSS, AURA
*Networking knowledge is assumed; LAN/WAN
*Stakeholder management skills
*ITIL certifications are a bonus however not essential
