Network & Security Analyst (CCNP / CISSP)
£50,000 - £54,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role
As a Network & Security Analyst working for a prestigious commercial real estate company you will be responsible for the creation, execution and documentation of daily tasks which ensure the high performance, availability and security of the corporate local area and wide area networks and systems. You will be involved in the following duties:

*Perform administrative procedures on LAN and WAN devices within change control guidelines.
*Monitor and maintain a high level of network performance, security and functionality and to report and rectify issues found.
*Arrange and co-ordinate hardware and software repairs required to be undertaken by third party consultants.
*Maintain a structured backup programme of all device configurations.
*Plan, design, document and implement changes as required by the business.
*Provide and maintain full documentation on all hardware and software configuration design changes.
*Enforce all procedures relating to network security and access.

The Requirements
As a Network & Security Analyst you will have the following key requirements:

*Certified to Cisco CCNP or higher.
*A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Cisco medium enterprise networking environment.
*A thorough understanding of network security. Experience in deploying and maintaining Cisco Firewalls / IPS.
*Willing and able to work a weekly shift rotation.
*Willing and able to work outside of hours when required.

Experience in working with the following technologies would be an advantage:
*Cisco ASA, ISE, PRIME, WLAN Controllers & Nexus. Remote access, load balancers, two factor authentication, Internet proxy & security, WIFI Technologies.

In addition, the following would be beneficial:

* Awareness of National and International security standards
* Solid IT and/or technology background with solid information security technical know how
* Knowledge in penetration testing, programming, networks and operating systems would be an added advantage
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
* Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
* Any formal IS accreditation would be a bonus and willingness to study towards professional certifications such as the CISSP, CISM, CISA
