The Role
As a Project/Service Manager working for a growing IT solutions company in the City you will be responsible for managing orders and projects. You will also be managing a small team of project coordinators.

You will be customer facing with a strong attention to detail and will be Prince 2 certified with at least 12 months hands on Prince 2 experience in an ISP/Managed Services/Telecoms company.

*Managing your own orders/projects as well as leading a small team of project coordinators
*Acting as an escalation point to the team and supervising them
*Project documentation, issuing documents as part of Prince 2 methodology
*Building relationships with carriers
*Ensuring that projects are delivered on time
*Placing orders through carriers such as BT Openreach, BT Wholesale, Virgin Media, Talk Talk Business and SSE
*Managing multiple projects and orders
*Weekly customer updates on projects/orders from the team
*Contribute and drive process improvement within service delivery
*Check customer orders and resolve any issues

The Requirements
As a Project/Service Manager you will have at least 12 months hands on experience in a similar role in a Telecoms company and will be Prince 2 certified. You will have experience of the carrier processes for BT Wholesale and BT Openreach and any experience with Talk Talk Business, Virgin Media or SSE is highly desirable. You will be familiar with carrier Ethernet products as well as Broadband and WLR3.

You will ideally be educated to degree level and have experience of managing multiple projects. You will be a strong communicator, enjoy working with customers, thrive in a high pressured environment and will be a self-starter.

The Package
