We're going from strength to strength but to keep us at the top of our game we need to continually evolve our market leading CRM system to increase our internal forecasting, visibility and accountability.

The Role
The initial project for the CRM Systems Integration Lead will be to further integrate Bond Adapt across our sites throughout the UK with approximately 250 users. We have made some headway with this board but they're now on the lookout for someone with strong Bond Adapt knowledge and systems integration/migration experience to manage the rest of this project and from there continue to maximise the system's functionalities.

We are currently using v11 but the project is to use Adapt UX v2 across the business.

You`ll probably be 70% hands on with the initial technical systems integration and 30% will be drawing in technical resource support from around the business.

Once that systems integration is complete you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing the system and all associated fields needed by our sales and operations team, day to day customisation and support whilst ensuring the system's clarity and reliability.

The CRM system will be your responsibility and you'll be given free rein to improve processes, make sure all departments requirements are reflected in the system, create reports and troubleshoot as and when required.

The Candidate
If you have experience supporting a recruitment CRM system such as Bond Adapt (Ideal!) or Bullhorn we'd like to hear from you!

Given the nature of the initial duties any migration or implementation project experience on these systems would be seen as highly beneficial. Experience working as an integral part of an operations team with the communication and reporting skills to go along with that would really allow you to hit the ground running.

The Company
