£20,000 - £24,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role
As a Support Analyst working for a prestigious real estate company you will be responsible for providing support to users for both network and software issues. You will have solid desktop experience including Windows XP/7 and Active Directory alongside a good understanding of networking. This role has been created due to internal progression and the company are offering the suitable candidate a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies in a fast moving environment.

This role will suit a candidate that has at least 3 years experience in a desktop/support/helpdesk role with brilliant customer skills and is keen to learn new technologies. The role is on a shift basis from 7.30am-6pm.

As a Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
*Providing 2nd line desktop support (Windows XP/7)
*Network connectivity issues (MS Server 2003/2008/2012), Active Directory and Cisco
*Manage system installations, hardware and software upgrades
*Application software support
*Implementation of software and PC hardware
*Supporting Blackberry (BES) and iPhones
*Audio/visual presentation setups
*Relocations of voice/data including patching (Mitel)

The Requirements
As a Support Analyst it is essential you have the following requirements:
*3 years minimum in a similar support/helpdesk/desktop support role
*Proven experience supporting Windows XP/7, MS Office, Access and Outlook
*Strong communicator that can talk to both technical and non-technical users
*Educated to A level or equivalent

Any experience in Cisco, Mitel or Intel LANdesk is desirable. Any certifications in Microsoft (MCSE, MCITP, CompTIA) or networking (CCNA) are also highly advantageous.
