The Opportunity
This market leading and dynamic Telecommunications Company are offering the suitable candidate the opportunity to learn and progress in the business. For the right person this role will evolve into a Senior, Team Leader then Manager role as the company grows.

The Role
As a Project Administrator working for a growing Telecommunications company you will be responsible for taking orders from customers, verifying these, placing them with the supplier and acting as the main stakeholder both internally and externally. You will have previous experience in a project administrator/support, service delivery, provisioning or similar role from an ISP/Telecoms environment, ideally working with products such as Broadband, Ethernet, PSTN, SIP and VoIP. You will be working in a team and will be involved in the following duties:

*Working with customers both in the UK and outside to provision Ethernet services
*Placing orders for Broadband and Ethernet
*Acting as the main stakeholder both internally and externally
*Working with suppliers with as BT Openreach, BT Wholesale and Virgin Media
*Liaising with suppliers, taking ownership of delays and escalating when required
*Ensuring clients are kept updated in a timely manner
*Coordinating orders in line with the delivery dates given by your customer
*Managing projects to strict deadlines

The Requirements
As a Project Administrator you will have at least 1 year (ideally 2 years) experience in a project administrator/support, service delivery, provisioning or similar role within an ISP/Telecoms company. You will be educated to at least A-level and will be well organised, customer facing and a self-starter. This is a multifaceted role therefore you will be eager to learn and be looking for a role where you can progress your career. You will be an excellent communicator and will have ideally have experience in placing Broadband and Ethernet product orders. Any experience in working and order management of PSTN, SIP and VoIP is highly desirable but not essential. Also any experience ordering through BT Openreach, BT Wholesale or Virgin Media is beneficial and any experience in Prince 2 is advantageous.
