The Role
We are looking to recruit a Service Assurance Manager, ideally with experience of working within a similar role in a Telecommunications company, however, a services background will also be considered.
You will be very customer focused and understand customer excellence and delivering excellent customer service. This is a customer facing role therefore communication and presentation skills are essential. From an operational side you will have good working knowledge of systems, KPI management and KPI reporting.

As a Service Assurance Manager you will also be involved in the following duties:
*Providing a programme combining customer and service management to the business and customers.
*Carrying out service reviews with Account Manager.
*Implementing KPI and survey reporting.
*Picking up and ensuring any matters on service disruption and dissatisfaction are resolved.
*Working closely with other departments, mainly Account Managers to ensure that have the support needed on managing customer issues.
*Ensuring great customer service is being delivered.
*Always looking for ways to improve the quality of customer service.

Skills and Experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role around great customer service within a Telecommunications or services background.
*KPI management/reporting.
*Very customer focused, understands customer excellence and delivering customer experience.
*Good understanding and practical knowledge of systems.
*Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills with the capability to manage and coordinate customers.
*Solid understanding of the services industry.
*You must be prepared to work to tight schedules.
*It is essential you hold a valid drivers license and have your own vehicle.
