The Opportunity
As a Software Support Executive, you will get the chance to work with our client who are one of the most innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) IT companies in the market. The have taken a popular Microsoft product and made it better, so much so Microsoft use it themselves! You will get the chance to support and manage this bespoke product and get to deal daily with the customers who depend on it. These customers include Microsoft, Deloitte, PWC, Ford and EasyJet to name a few, so you will get the chance to support and be involved with some of the world's best clients. We don't need you to have a specific background, but it is assumed you will be very good with customers and we want you to come from a software support background. We will train you on the rest!

The Role
In the software support executive team, we work with customers to build our software application on top of Microsoft monitoring platforms. Our product is an IIS Web App, which our clients install and run on-premises. Those clients include some of the world' s largest companies and were committed to delivering them an outstanding service and product, Our clients are Microsoft focused Enterprise organisations and so the technologies that we interact with are the likes of System Center, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, SQL, Exchange, IIS, AD and Azure. We aim to resolve issues quickly and see every new ticket as an opportunity to impress our clients with our quality of service and depth of knowledge. We work hard to keep our support overheads as low as possible. We support our clients within UK business hours, not round the clock.

The Candidate -What we are looking for!
In our software support team; things move fast and we're looking for people who can play a vital part in influencing the success of the company. If you've got the talent we are looking for to succeed then we know that you'll be good enough to secure an excellent salary in a faceless corporation who treat you just like the pound sign ££££ you are chasing.
