The Role
We build on top of Microsoft monitoring platforms, SCOM & OMS, marrying technologies like Visual Studio, ASP.NET and SQL with the very best in cutting-edge technologies from the modern web world like Ractive.js and D3.js
Our product is an IIS Web App, which our clients install and run on-premises. Those clients include some of the world' s largest companies and were committed to delivering them an outstanding product that just works!

Our clients are Microsoft focused Enterprise organisations and so the technologies that we interact with are the likes of System Center, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, SQL, Exchange, IIS, AD and Azure
We aim to resolve issues quickly and see every new ticket as an opportunity to impress our clients with our quality of service and depth of knowledge.

We work hard to keep our support overheads as low as possible. That means delivering plug and play software that works as it's supposed to, right out of the box. It also means providing excellent technical documentation and KB
articles to support our clients and make sure they can get the results they need without having to contact us directly. We support our clients within UK business hours, not round the clock.

The Candidate -What we are looking for!

As well as strong technical knowledge with the likes of Microsoft, System Center, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, SQL, Exchange, IIS, AD and Azure and aptitude, you'll be expected to have good communication skills, both written and verbal. We predominantly support our clients via email / Freshdesk ticketing system and invest a lot of effort and energy in ensuring we have a rich Knowledge Base with first-class technical How To articles. You'll also need to be able to work hand-in-hand with our developers and test engineers to ensure rapid issue resolution in the case of more complex tickets.
