Role: Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location: Oxfordshire

Overview:
The role is to support the CRM Manager by owning the operations team CRM requirements. This primarily involves managing the constant moves, adds and changes to all customer address databases and all the associated fields and processes used by operations and their contractors. Additional support for the operations management team is also required with custom reports as well as with day to day system administration tasks.

The candidate:

Qualifications & Experience

- Salesforce Database administration experience

- ADM201 certified but this is not essential

- At least 2 years experience of Salesforce.com either as a super user or administrator

- Experience of working within an operations environment would be preferred


Role Description/Responsibilities

- Working with the key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are reflected in the system, as well as interacting with marketing/sales, customer care and finance

- You will be responsible for driving best use of the platform from an operations perspective, suggesting ways to improve processes and operations practices

- Address and account field data moves, adds, changes and cleansing

- Master our community address data upload/modification processes

- Mass update of data/transfer of record ownership

- Work with operations team users to troubleshoot issues related to address data errors, community account allocations, data mapping/allocation issues, working closely with the CRM manager as well as the operations management team.

- Data quality and system usage analysis

- Reporting & dashboard creation for operations and contractor usage.

- There will be a degree of system configuration such as updating profiles, creating permission sets, objects and custom fields, queues and updating workflows and approval processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Salesforce Database administration experience

- Experience of working within an operations environment would be preferred

- Strong communication skills
