I am currently looking for a Dialler Analysts / Dialler Manager for a client of mine based in Preston
As a Dialler Analyst/Manager you will be using your experience of working with dialler's to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of our work. Knowledge of the Hermes dialler system advantageous

Skills;
Contact centre role,
dialler exposure.
Strong IT skills.
Monitoring the ongoing performance of activity and production of associated reporting.
Gathering, analysing, interpreting and presenting relevant data.
Dialler Analyst
scaled down version of manager, no management.
Must have experience working with dialler's in a contact centre, regulation knowledge
improvement.
