The Role
As a 1st/2nd Line Network Support Advisor working for a communications service provider you will be responsible for providing technical, service and administrative support to customers. You will be providing 1st/2nd line technical support around service, billing and product enquiries. This role is on a shift basis 4 days on, 4 days off working on shifts of 8am-8pm or 10am-10pm. Working in a Support Desk team you will be involved in the following duties:

*Supporting customers on a day to day basis ensuring excellent customer service is being delivered at all times
*1st/2nd line technical support on products, services and billing
*Working on a central CRM, logging calls and ensuring cases are kept updated until resolved
*Handing over effectively to the night shift team
*Ensuring up to date and in depth knowledge is maintained on all products, services and processes
*Keeping customers updated on the open cases, owning and managing cases until resolution

The Requirements
As a 1st/2nd Line Network Support Advisor you will have an understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP and will ideally be CompTIA A+ certified. Any experience in a networking, broadband or mobile support role is highly advantageous. You will have excellent customer service skills and be a strong communicator. You will be passionate about learning new technologies and will have the flexibility to work shifts.
