Telecoms customer support analysts with a knowledge of the Openreach provisioning process required to work on a contract basis just outside Rushden.


Job Description

Telecoms customer support analysts required on an initial contract basis (With a chance of permanent) to work for a technology focused company based close to Rushden. You should be from a telecoms customer support background and should have worked for either Openreach, or one of the associated partner companies as a knowledge of the BT provisioning process is essential for this role.

You will be working as part of a project team responsible for dealing with Openreach on a day to day basis as the company migrates 6,000 landline customers. On this basis, you will be dealing with customer service calls and handling queries, faults & service requests for broadband, outbound (CPS and Line Rental) services and inbound services.

Duties:

Provisioning new Broadband and CPS/Line Rental Services.
Updating the Company's Customer Management Platform after each call and update.
Using the aBILLity billing platform.
Liaising with Operator and Supplier Technical Departments and Helpdesks.
Processing Orders on the BT Line Rental Gateway System and tracking Order Progress, ensuring the Customer is frequently updated and the necessary documentation sent out.

These positions are on an initial contract basis with a view to going permanent after 3 months. Working week is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm on a modern site with free car parking.
