(Temporary work placement with the opportunity for permanent employment)
The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Telecoms Administrator to provide the customer care department with administrative assistance apart of a market leading business telecoms firm located in their busy Salford office. The main duties of the role include:
*processing cancellation orders and SLA payments
*processing new order and liaising with clients throughout the process
*assisting the customer care team with customer service issues and liaising between departments and sales teams in order to solve customer queries
*covering the reception area, greeting visitors on site and responding to general enquiries
*adhoc administrative duties such as dealing with suppliers, purchases and general filing
*providing PA services to the Managing Director when required

The Candidate

The successful Telecoms Administrator will have a strong background in telecoms and have knowledge of working processes of a telecoms firm. You must have an understanding of technical vocabulary and be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. The ideal Administrator will have experience of dealing with SLA's and using a CRM system. You must have a strong attention to detail and be a confident communicator.
