The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit a Wireless Customer Account Manager to work for our client who are a leading telecoms vendor based in Slough. They are enjoying extensive growth and are ideally placed in the market to be able to produce solutions to the ever expanding Wireless, LTE, RAN, Wimax , Wifi, Voip, Small Cell, 4G, 5G & IOT markets and have recently won large contracts in the UK, USA and India with more and more projects coming their way. This market is the present and future of communications across the globe and our client are looking for candidates who can help them exploit synergies and come up with innovative products and solutions that closely integrate these technologies in the most beneficial ways for customers.

The Role
The Wireless Customer Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer requirements, proposing Wireless Backhaul and Radio Access Network (4G/LTE/5G) solutions utilising cutting edge and industry pioneering products and presenting product information, presentations and technical data, and creating high level designs. The primary focus is to understand customer's needs and create outstanding business value through cost effective and innovative solutions.

The Wireless Customer Account Manager will provide a technical interface to the customer, working closely with Wireless Product Line Managers, Customer Account and Business Development teams. The CM will maintain a leadership role with respect to various wireless backhaul technology with the customer related to product line.

Responsibilities
The Wireless Customer Account Manager will be responsible for:

*Work as a Wireless Backhaul and LTE technology specialist with capability to understand network infrastructure and system characteristics, have vision of customer needs and be able to identify creative solutions. *Manage product releases & updates to the customer, and coordinate requirement changes with the Wireless PLM.
* Specify, design and maintain a technical solution in co-operation with the customer

The Candidate
The ideal Wireless Customer Account Manager will have:

*Experience working in Wireless Backhaul and Radio Access Networks
* Experience in Wireless telecommunications in a technical capacity, with particular experience in deployment of any of 4G LTE, LTE SON, WiMax and WiFi for customers.
