Project Coordinator- Telecoms
Based in Solihull
Paying £120- £140 per day depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
Mon-Fri
12 month rolling contract


The Role
The Project Coordinator- Telecoms will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Key tasks of the job:
The Project Coordinator- Telecoms will be expected to;

General Support Administration
*File creation and maintenance (electronic and hard copy)
*Issue enquiry letters
*Input site data into internal and client systems where required
*Arrange multi site visits
*Assist in the preparation of planning applications and appeal packs
*Collate construction packs
*Assist with statistical reporting
*Co-ordinate survey access within agreed SLA's
*Prepare Health and Safety packs within agreed SLA's
*Co-ordinate swap scheduling and access within agreed SLA's
*Prepare handover packs and upload as directed within agreed SLA's
*Support specific projects as required
*Liaise with clients, customers and engineers as required
*Access and input on client databases
*Any other duties as directed in line with the post


The Candidate
The ideal Project Coordinator- Telecoms will have the following;

Essential
*Previous experience of Project Support within a mobile telecom's environment.
*Previous administration experience with a strong focus on Excel and spreadsheets
*Is meticulous with detail, with an emphasis on getting things right 1st time
*Team player.
*Detailed and accurate.
*Highly computer literate, ability to interrogate data and produce reports
*Dependable and flexible
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Focus and resilience
*Demonstrable ability to make capable and effective decisions
*Demonstrable ability to prioritize, and manage tasks

The Package
This roles pays £120 - £140 depending on how much experience you have on a long term rolling contract. Standard working hours are 37.5 per week 8.30 am - 5.00pm 1 hour lunch
