About the Role

Within this role you would use your technical knowledge and customer service skills to provide 1st/2nd line support, keep customers informed of their call request status and Escalate problems to the IT Support Manager.

Other duties include;
*Receive and record details of customer problems, prioritising and then resolving them
*Liaise with other IT teams, where appropriate, in order to resolve customer requests
*Assist with the provision or removal of IT services e.g. printers
*Troubleshooting faulty equipment, provide help, set up and maintenance with equipment for the business
*With a mindfulness for quality deliverables, align with IT and facilities resources to execute on requests in a timely fashion
*Document and maintain relevant procedures and configuration information
*Maintain currency, expertise and competency of relevant One World products, policies, and methods for support delivery

About You

The ideal person for this position will have experience in a Customer Support, Customer Service, 1st Line Support, Helpdesk Support or Service Desk support role. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to take ownership of a problem and ensure its resolution and an ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure.
