About the Role

Within this role you will be working within the IT Department and would be using your customer service skills and technical skills to help customers place and track their orders.

You will be an integral part of a global logistics network, your support will ensure shops remain in stock, customers know were there goods are and warehouses work efficiently.
As an expanding and innovative company, their IT systems are playing an integral role in their success.

Other duties include;

*Receive and record details of customer problems, prioritising and then resolving them
*Liaise with other IT teams, where appropriate, in order to resolve customer requests
*Assist with the provision or removal of IT services e.g. printers
*Troubleshooting faulty equipment, provide help, set up and maintenance with equipment for the business
*With a mindfulness for quality deliverables, align with IT and facilities resources to execute on requests in a timely fashion
*Document and maintain relevant procedures and configuration information
*Maintain currency, expertise and competency of relevant One World products, policies, and methods for support delivery

About You

Customer Service, Customer Advisor, Helpdesk or 1st Line Support experience is essential to be successful within this role.

You will be a friendly, approachable problem solver. You will like helping people and get the most satisfaction when you can see things through. As a company with big ambitions, they want people who match their drive and determination. As training and development is part of this company's DNA you will have a strong desire to learn.

You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to take ownership of a problem and ensure its resolution and an ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure.
