About the Role

We are looking for someone to ensure that our IT applications are used efficiently. You do not need a technical background as full training is provided, but it is an advantage and you will need to be fully familiar with MS Office. You will have great people skills and always meet deadlines. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, report writing is an crucial part of this role.

You will be an integral part of a global logistics network, your support will ensure shops remain in stock, customers know were there goods are and warehouses work efficiently.

As an expanding and innovative company, their IT systems are playing an integral role in their success.

Other duties include;

*Understand the application and the respective business processes
*Understand the business needs for the application and the varieties of the application's offerings
*Provide reports on application capabilities and user roles
*Provide a process for testing a new application processes to perform integration testing prior to UAT
*To work with the business to ensure UAT is carried out accordingly and gain business approval sign off
*Research and integrate all application functionality
*Build a library and document all application use and training material
*Produce a check list of yearly updates and upgrades along with timelines for testing and implementation
*Understand and translate training manuals into practical use
*Map business processes and relate them to system processes

You will need to drive and have access to a vehicle. A a degree in any subject is preferred and experience with supply chain is an advantage. This company like their employees to have strong work life balance and so living locally to Upminster is a also an important.
