Job Scope
The Technical Coordinator- Mobile Telecoms role sits above a Project Coordinator and below a Project Engineer, so the right candidate will need to understand the technical aspects of a Mobile Telecoms Network Roll Out. The role is to support project activities, ensuring that key milestones are achieved in a timely manner and to a high quality standard. This role forms an integral part of the project success.


The Role
The Technical Coordinator- Mobile Telecoms will be responsible for the following

Health & Safety
Prepare H&S documentation on a daily basis to ensure a high standard is accomplished & maintained. Must be aware of all H&S policies & attention to detail is critical

Site Access
Adhere to communicated procedures to apply for access into various 3rd party sites. All information must be tracked on a daily basis and communicated to site employees and project managers

Tracking of Information
Track client specific information on a daily basis (if applicable), including data on client accounts, sub-contractor details, status of job/sites etc

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Record, analyse and produce Client KPI reports on monthly basis and present at project meetings

Information Flow
Work as the interface for the project team (between Client, Project Managers & Site Workers) and channel and coordinate the flow of information within the team

Quality
Adhere to company & client quality policies and ensure that daily work promotes the concept of quality. Responsible for Quality Audits within project team

Reviews/ Presentations
Assist in the preparation of Client Reviews/ Presentations as required


The Candidate
The Technical Coordinator- Mobile Telecoms will have;

*Experience in a project management/office environment advantageous
*Proven proficiency in IT skills- specifically MS Office; experience with project tracking tools an advantage
*Experience in the telecommunications industry and Mobile Telecoms Network Roll Out
*Good technical aptitude


The ideal Technical Coordinator- Mobile Telecoms needs to be

*Able to work on own initiative, be resourceful & have excellent problem solving skills
*Demonstrated ability to take ownership for tasks and responsibilities & deliver results
*Strong communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
*Detailed orientated and able to operate in a dynamic and fast paced organisation
