IT Support Desktop Engineer
Paying £22000- £25000 depending on experience
UK Top Employer 2014, 2015, 2016
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Based in Wigan
Must be able to attend training in Flint, North Wales for first few weeks (expenses paid)

The Role

We are looking for a IT Support Desktop Engineer. This will be to provide additional resource onsite to an existing busy IT service desk. The role would be within an IT department of approx. 10 people servicing a company with 500+ users across multiple sites

The Candidate

The role requires a committed individual who can learn quickly and work independently to shifting service demands. The role would also benefit from an individual who can demonstrate a great deal of experience at first line level but also experience of second line support environments.

Prerequisites - Required
Established Microsoft background including:
*Experience of supporting Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012, Windows 7, 10 and XP environments
*Experience of supporting Microsoft Active Directory
*Previous experience of supporting Citrix

The Company

The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Service Desk Engineer will work for a leading manufacturing company. More details will be provided to successful applications

Hours of Work
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
