IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line)
Paying £22000- £25000 depending on experience
Based in Wrexham

The Role
The IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) will provide troubleshooting and customer support of desktop/web applications and all related peripheral equipment; responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determine/implements solution. The IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) will also provide level 1 backend systems administration of our infrastructure.

The Candidate
The role requires a committed individual who can learn quickly and work independently to shifting service demands. The role would also benefit from an individual who can demonstrate a great deal of experience at first line level but also experience of second line and third support environments.

Prerequisites - Required
Established Microsoft background including:
*Experience of supporting Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012, Windows 7, 10 and XP environments
*Experience of supporting Microsoft Active Directory


The Company
The IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) will work for a leading logistics company. More details will be provided to successful applications

Hours of Work
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

The Package
Paying £22000- £25000 depending on experience
