WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

The role of Internal Sales; Telesales Executive you will have the opportunity to be instrumental in the companies continued development. For those that prove their talent as an Inside Sales Executive by developing new business and residential customers in the targeted communities they will be able work closely with the Head of Sales to follow through on an ambitious business plan and identify areas for potential development. Working in their busy head office you will be responsible for delivering sales ready opportunities by:
*Growing customer network in current and target communities for both corporate and private customers.
*Providing guidance to local community representatives and community broadband groups in progressing the community's plans for development.
*Generating leads in new areas and qualifying work performance in each community.
*Acting as a point of contact for customers within the business and advising on the company's products and services.
*Monitoring the progress of development in an area with the use of target metrics
*Recording accurately all customer interaction on CRM database
*Supporting other functions of the business in order to deliver results when required.
You will be reporting into the Sales Supervisor and joining a team of talented and enthusiastic sales professionals you will play a key part within a fun and dynamic environment.
