Our client is an industry leading global VIP transportation and logistics management company who are now seeking an entrepreneurial business development professional to lead their UK division.

Operating in over 40 countries, they provide services to VIPs including chauffeur ground transport, private air charter and close protection services primarily to attendees and exhibitors for air and trade shows, sporting and corporate events worldwide.

They have a renowned reputation in respect of their dedication to excellence, professionalism and efficiency, meaning they are now recognised as one of the most reliable transport service providers available.

What will you be doing?

With the organisation now enjoying significant overseas global growth, your role will be to take responsibility for the existing UK division.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the UK business to the next level. An experienced and knowledgeable events team will report into you, however you will be the figurehead of the UK business.

You will have overall responsibility for building and enhancing existing and new relationships with major clients, subcontractors, and affiliates, ensuring the business continues to enjoy an unparalleled reputation and successfully delivers at some of the highest profile events in the UK.

What background will you need to have?

You will need to have a proven track record delivering first class Executive Chauffer driven logistics in the UK market, and you will be experienced in business development, operations management and people management in respect of VIP, HNW individuals and corporate clients.

You will thrive in a fast paced environment and will be have proven negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness and you will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.

Finally you will have an entrepreneurial flair and a desire to build and grow the UK business which already has a significant reputation and brand.

Who will you be working for?

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be working for a company which for over 20 years has built an unparalleled reputation for delivering exceptional VIP logistics on a global basis.

As part of a small but professional dynamic team, you will have a key role taking responsibility for the UK division of the business.

Excellent basic salary negotiable and dependant on experience, in addition to profit share/potential equity along with bonus and the usual benefits, pension and expenses.
