Sales Administrator

What will you be doing?

You will be the new member of the sales administration team, working 8.30am-17.00pm Mon-Fri. You will be responsible for speaking with customers and suppliers to arrange new orders and resolve any discrepancies. Once an order is complete you will inform the logistics team and organise and install date. You will update speared sheets and process purchase orders. Finally you liaise with other personnel to make sure that the sales admin team provides the best possible service.

Who are you?

You find it easy to get along with everyone, you are at your best when communicating with people. You know when to listen and agree but also when to stand your ground and push back. You are calm and methodical under pressure and relive your stress by being well organised. You are a confident user of excel and word and are smart enough to learn new systems when called upon.

Ideally you will have worked in administration but we are open to hear from people without this experience if you feel you have the personality and skills we are looking for.
